4th Generation · Caicedonia, Colombia
Learn Specialty Coffee From the Source
A free course from a 4th-generation Colombian coffee farm. Discover how coffee goes from seed to cup — taught by the producers, not the baristas.
Our Story
We're the Londono Family
Particular Coffee is a 4th-generation family operation in Caicedonia, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. For over 20 years we've cultivated specialty coffee in the heart of Colombia's coffee axis — guided by three production philosophies: regenerative agriculture, organic farming, and biodynamic practices.
Our coffees have scored up to 89.25 SCA and we've exported to three continents. Now we're sharing everything we've learned through our courses.

Our Approach
Three Ways to Grow Coffee
Each model reflects a different relationship with the land — all rooted in respect for the ecosystem.
Regenerative Agriculture
Agricultura Regenerativa
Technology-driven production that restores soil health, increases biodiversity, and builds long-term resilience. Data-informed decisions at every step.
Organic
Orgánica
Chemical-free cultivation honoring natural cycles. Composting, biological pest control, and soil microbiome management for clean, expressive coffees.
Biodynamic
Biodinámica
An emerging practice treating each farm as a living organism. Lunar calendars, preparations, and holistic stewardship — where science meets intuition.

How We Grow
An Organic, Dynamic Production System
We produce our own biological inputs, compost every kilogram of coffee pulp, and are building an on-farm mycorrhizae program grounded in Cenicafé science. See how the farm feeds itself.
